Biography

Jerry is the Client Services Director at Mirren, a firm that specializes in sales training for agencies and media ad sales. Each year, more than 1000 firms now participate in Mirren’s annual conferences, training programs and webinars.

Jerry is a 25-year media planning veteran who specializes in improving the sales performance of mid-size and smaller agencies and media properties. He believes these firms often have a distinct advantage by virtue of being more innovative, agile and effective. Ultimately, he has found that a deeper immersion in the client’s business and target audience is the key to converting more business.

His training is backed up with an extensive background on the client and agency-side. At The Clorox Company, he played a leading role on a number of brands including Liquid Bleach, Hidden Valley Ranch and Kingsford Charcoal. A series of agency assignments followed which took Jerry from San Francisco to Seattle, Los Angeles, Montana and now back to Seattle. He’s worked on accounts that have included Bank of America / World Banking, Microsoft, The North Face, Alaska Airlines and Del Monte.

Jerry now resides in Seattle with his wife Gail. On the weekends, running, hiking and learning to play the guitar keep him busy.
